Microsoft Outlook: Emptying Trashcan

1. Looking at the Folder List on the top left hand side of the screen, find the icon labeled: Deleted Items.
A. Right click: Deleted Items. This should open a menu screen as shown.

2. Navigate your mouse pointer to the: Empty ?Deleted Items? Folder as shown, then left click.

3. After left clicking the: Empty Deleted Items Folder, a window will pop up asking you to confirm the deletion of the files in: Deleted Items.
A. Select: Yes
